You can put the resin in a hot beverage and let it dissolve.
The ways you can consume Shilajit resin are almost endless and you can try out di
fferent ways yourself, just make sure to not overheat the product. A hot beverage is okey, but if you put it in the oven on, for example 200 degrees celsius you could potentially waste the product.

The Shilajit may be very cold and hard when you get it, just put it on the radiator for 20-30min and you’re good to go!
